• Before work starts (you've paid but cancel before we send the kickoff email): full refund.
• After work starts, before delivery: 50% refund if you cancel. We'll send whatever partial findings exist.
• Late delivery: if we miss the agreed delivery date by more than 3 business days without your agreement, you choose a full refund or a free 30-day refresh addendum.
• Errors: if a factual claim is wrong or unsourced, we fix it within 2 business days at no charge. That's the remedy for errors, not a refund.
• Scope not delivered: if the report doesn't answer the agreed scope and one revision round doesn't fix it, full refund.
• We don't refund because a vendor's roadmap, pricing, or release changed after the report's date. Reports are dated snapshots.
• To request a refund, reply to your delivery email or write to jmjones925+reports@gmail.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
