What we collect. Your name, email, and anything you put in your request or scope emails. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details; we receive only what Stripe shares with sellers (name, email, amount, last 4 card digits, country). We don't run ad trackers or sell data. Our host, Cloudflare, may log basic request data such as IP addresses for security.

How we use it. To scope, produce, and deliver your report, handle refunds, keep required business and tax records, and reply to you. We don't send marketing email unless you opt in.

Who else sees it. Stripe (payments), Google (email), Cloudflare (hosting), and the AI and research tools used to produce your report, only as needed to do the work. We don't sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it. Order and payment records as long as tax law requires. Request materials and reports up to 2 years after delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices. Email jmjones925+reports@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your information. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in California or the EU/UK, you have additional rights under those laws, and we'll honor those requests.

Children. The service isn't for anyone under 18.
